  4. Hi Penny, Can you try the following steps to remove the table formatting from the document in NVivo. 1. Open the document in edit mode 2. Click in the table. 3. On the Edit menu tab, in the editing group, click Table > Convert to Text.   5. Hi JulianYates, NVivo for Mac currently does not have a Replace feature. You can search for the word in Edit mode (press Command+F or click on the Find function in the menu ribbon) but will have to replace the word one at a time. There is already a request for this in our feedback tool (https://nvivo.canny.io/features/p/find-and-replace-option), please add your comments and votes to this feature. I have also passed your feedback to our product team. ^BM

  12. Hi Sahana, Currently, user based coding stripes are not available in NVivo for Mac. One workaround that you can try is to run a Coding Comparison query and open the nodes from the results of the query to view the stripes.   13. Hi ecolinr, NVivo Mac currently does not have an option to directly merge transcript rows, however this can be done in Edit mode by: 1. Cut/paste of a row text to the end of the text in the previous row. 2. Edit the end time stamp of the first row to cover that of the now empty row. 3. Delete the empty row. I hope this helps, ^NB

Hi QualResearcher, you can try creating a new document in NVivo, copy and paste all text based sources (documents, text files) to the new document within NVivo, and then view the percent coverage per node for that consolidated source document. You can also try approximating the coverage by word count and compute the percentage coverage manually. You can create a matrix coding query for selected nodes and all text based documents in your project. Select to show the query results’ Cell Content as Word Count and then manually calculate the percentage versus the total word count of

  24. Hi Mattias, You can try using the Zoom function in the View group in the document's menu ribbon and then select the Page width option. You can also try resizing the Detail View by hovering the mouse pointer over the border between the List View and the Detail View. When the mouse pointer turns into the Resize function, press and hold the left mouse button and then drag the border to resize. ^BM
