  1. Coding dragging problem

We're 3 years after the original post and the problem remains the same, to code you need to wait a second after highlighting, I have dozens of transcripts to code, this is going to take forever. I am used to the WIndows version of Nvivo, quite disappointed here.
  2. Hi, I'd like to compare a set of nodes between each other to see how they are related from all cases perspectives. As an example, let's say I have asked a set of individuals the icecream flavors they enjoy. In the end after coding I have corresponding nodes for each distinct answers, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, dulce de leche, etc. Now I want to know how many that enjoyed dulce de leche also like chocolate, and so on. My sources include transcripts of KII and FGDs, this means that some sources have different cases. I have created cases for each KII and participant in FGDs, and allocated corresponding datum from sources to each case. I have a few hundred cases, I can't convert my nodes into attributes and allocate them to each case... If I do a Matrix coding with all nodes for flavors in columns and flavors in rows, select cases as items and select "And" I will get the number of matched overlaps but not datum coded that do not overlap (case Z says he likes chocolate on line 60, that he likes Vanilla on line 120 will not becounted as a match). If I choose near and specify all text, it actually takes the whole text source regardless of cases, so I end up having associations of nodes between different cases if the source has several cases (FGD). Can someone help, the end product I'd like to have is the following : Thus 5 out of the 6 cases who declared enjoying Straberry, also like Vanilla. In advance thank you !
