  1. Version: Nvivo 11.4.3 (2084) System: OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 I'm a new Nvivo user and I am having a problem querying specific phrases in Nvivo for Mac. When I use double quotes around a phrase, it does not limit the search to that phrase. I have cleared all Stop Words, restarted Nvivo, and restarted my computer. The query still picks up isolated words inside the quotes separately from the others. In the examples, "quality of life" is a key node. Not being able to search for it directly is a huge drawback. Is there any way to solve this problem? I have tried ~ and it's gotten me close, but Boolean searching using quotes seems to me to be an elementary function, and I'm surprised it isn't working. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks! John
