  1. After the installation and entering the license code I get the message: Activation Error Could not connect to server. If you cannot activate via the Internet, you can activate via email, mail/fax or phone.

    The following I already tried:

    - Disabling Firewall

    - Removing Nvivo

    - Rebooting

    - Reinstalling Nvivo 

    - Activating when VPN is connected

    But still it doesn't work. I don't use any 3rd party firewall/internet security kind of software. 

     

    Last week and 3 days ago I send an activation request by mail but still haven't received any reply.
