Hi,
I have recently updated my software to work with my student only to find out that I now have a more updated version of software than her even though they were purchased weeks apart. I have Nvivo R1 and she has Nvivo 12. I should be able to at least open her files going from Nvivo 12 to Nvivo R1. However, when I do open her saved file I can see none of her codes. I have followed the help links online and I do not believe the issue to be the process or the user of the program. This is highly frustrating since I just spent $400 on an upgrade that is not serving its purpose. Can someone p
