"Media file does not support seeking"
molem7b5 posted a topic in NVivo 12 for Mac and Older Versions
I'm trying to import mp4 videos into NVIVO. I've downloaded the k-lite codec pack as suggested, as I've succesfully imported a m4A audio file, however the mp4 files still won't import. If the mp4 video is opened up in windows media you can scroll/scrub through with no problem at all, so the files does indeed support seeking. Any ideas?
