  1. Hi all, I'm trying to sign in to my myNVivo account and get the following error message: "Your myNVivo account is invalid. Please check again" I have a valid license key and can work within NVivo, but cannot seem to sign in. I have another problem - a collaborator sent me a project that he and I are working on. I am acting as a second coder and need to be able to code responses. I see our survey responses and his codes, but I cannot highlight text within the responses and do any sort of coding work. The file says "Read-Only" so I am wondering if that's part of the problem.
