  1. Hi, I'm very new to using NVivo and I'm having issues using NVivo Transcription. It keeps saying file invalid every time I try to upload. I'm uncertain if this file type is supported by NVivo transcription (WMA) but I've tried other file types and I keep getting the same error. Thank you
  2. Am trying to import audio files into 64 bit NVivo 10 originally from a TASCAM DR - 100 MK II recorder - saved onto a Windows 7 media player 'wav' file - and receiving the following message - Failed to load the media file A. Exception from HRESULT: 0xC00D0FEB - Is this something to do with codec formatting - what can I do? I am anxious to start transcribing the audio files in NVivo as soon as possible, but none of the function keys to do this are enabled. thanks for any help - C
