  1. Hello everyone, In Nvivo all your work is identified as having been done by the person logged into NVivo at the time, using their NVivo user profile. This consists of a name and initials. All coding is tagged with the user who did it. When working on a project as a team, it is quite a common practice that team members share the same computer. Nvivo allows you to switch user in an open project without exiting Nvivo. To do that please follow below steps: Click the File tab, and then click Options. Choose NVivo > Preferences. On the General tab, under User, enter the Name and Initials of the user profile that you want to switch to. The name you enter must match the name in the existing profile. If you enter a name which does match an existing profile, a new profile is created. Click OK. I hope this helps you all. Regards,
