  1. I've been using Nvivo for the past three weeks and it is proving to be very useful, however, I have now lost a number of days time due to an apparent problem syncing to google drive. My project is held in a google drive folder, partly due to its size (150MB), but mainly because I work across three sites and use two different computers. On at least two occasions I have saved my days work and waited to ensure that the file completes its upload/sync to google drive. But when I start work the next day at a different office, the previous days work is not there. I then return to my original comp
  2. SO, we have a project. Leo, my co-researcher, opens project.nvp on his machine. It is saved in a shared google drive space. He adds some nodes. It is June 23, 2015 He comes back next day to his machine. He can't open the project.nvp file. The error message says "the project will not open and appears to be corrupt. Nvivo may have been shut down abnormally..." He has no memory of shutting down computer, but we think laptop sleep mode may be the culprit. On June 24, I look at the folder and I see project.nvp with last modified of June 23. I open it and can see all the wor
