  1. My NVivo 11 Pro license is about the expire and I can't seem to find where to renew my license. The only option that I see is to buy the NVivo 12 Pro license. Can I buy the NVivo 11 Pro version rather than the NVivo 12 Pro one? In case I purchase the NVivo 12 Pro license, will I be able to open my NVivo 11 Pro projects on it?
  2. Hello, my university teacher bought a license of NVivo 10 in October 2014. Unfortunately, he lost a Pc in which the software was installed. How is possible to transfer the license to another machine? Is it possible to disactivate the license? Thanks Andrea D.
  3. Hi, I've just received our new site licence key for the forthcoming year and wanted to test it on both platforms before distributing it to our users. However, I seem to have fallen at the first hurdle on the Mac: I go to NVivo > Licensing > the only option not greyed out is Deactivate. Greyed out are Activate; Extend License; and Replace License. I do not have a project opened when doing this. If I attempt it with a project opened, then all options are greyed out. Just in case I was doing something odd I've checked the tech help and I'm not: http://techcenter.qsrinternational.com/techcenter.htm#nm10/nm10_extending_a_license.htm Tech specs if relevant: - NVivo 10.2.1 (1377) - the latest available. - Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.3 Any ideas? Thanks. Best wishes, Duncan
  4. My license expires soon. My question is whether I will still have access to my existing projects after the license expires? Thanks!
