  1. Hi, Our team is working on the NVivo Server project. Today I got a notification that I cannot access the server (and hence the project) because there are no available licenses. This hasn't happened before and I was wondering if this happened to anyone else when working with NVivo server projects and what should we do in order to resolve this.

    Importing mediafiles to NVivo4Teams

Hello there! We are a research team working in NVivo4Teams (server project). Our data consists of a range of data types all supposedly compatible with NVivo. However, we are not able to import some of the file formats into the project. Word documents and jpeg photos are imported as they should be. But Nvivo do not recognize excel sheets, MP3 files and quicktime videos. Our data is located on our organization's secure server and we use a remote desktop solution to access and work in NVIVO4teams. I hope someone is able to help! Thanking you in advance.
