Hello, I'm using NVIVO 11.0.0,. 1) Can we change the language of NVIVO ? We curently have an english version and I want a french version. 2) When i select "Checks for updates" , the web browser launch and go to a "404 page not found". Where can I download these update ? I need your help. scuz my english.

Hi, Is it possible to edit already imported dataset file? I have imported Excel datased in Nvivo containing demographic information and comments to be themed (in 1 file). I will create nodes for this file. Then I would like to add to this datased more cases (also containing demographic info and comments) and continue using existing nodes. I would also like to analyze this combined dataset by common demographic information when theming is done. Is this doable in Nvivo10? Thanks. Rose

Dear Developer Team, I have just updated to the new Nvivo 10.2 and was shocked to find that you have changed the way you display the standard Reference View Setting inside of Nodes. The new way of displaying takes up way too much space on screen! Yes, it highlights the source and the number/percentage of appearances, but I believe the way this was done before was much more efficient. I have now got to scroll twice as much and it is much less convenient to compare sources. What you have done may work well for those who use the same node many times in the same source but for bigger projects this is just a nightmare. Can you please let the user choose their preferred view setting (i.e. add an option to display the Reference View of Nodes in this new style or the old style)? In the meantime can you please advise me where I can download the former version of Nvivo. I replaced mine with the update, so I cannot go back now. Considering how much time I spend using Nvivo, I would prefer to use the former version until this issue has been solved. Thanks and best, Tobias

Hi, I have a student licence for NVivo for Mac. Today when I opened the program, I got a message that an update to version 10.1 was available. I downloaded the .dmg file and it installed fine on my computer, replacing the older version (10.0.4). The program also opened apparently without any problem, but then when I tried to open my Ph.D Project that I had created in the older version, the program crashed. I have tried reinstalling the program 3 times, and each time the same problem happens. I have restarted my computer, but nothing, the problem persists. Please HELP. I can't work because I cannot access my data. Maria
