  1. Hello, after installing NVivo 12 from a network share, nvivo.exe starts and takes up nearly 100% of the processor. Is there any way to prevent the application from running after installation is completed? I have tried both with the executable and MSI. Thanks.
  2. Dear NVivo community, I am using NVivo 12 Plus for Windows. What I want to do is an export to Excel (xls; xlsx) which comprises all references per node. This could look like this is done line by line, i.e. each line contains the name of the node, subnode, and the corresponding reference. What is a smart way to do this? guess this must be easy but I have not figured out how to do it yet. Do I have to use "Data Extracts" to do it? Will it possible to make a selection of nodes? Thank you! Dru
  3. On clicking edit on two of our data files ,out of 25 that have been coded and annotated, the error message Key already exists pops up (see attached images for full message) then NVivo 12 crashes. If your project is located on a network drive, copy it to your local machine. 2. If the project is currently open, close the project via File > Close. 3. Click the File tab > Help > Compact and Repair Project. 4. At the Select Project dialog box, locate and select the proj
  5. I'd like to change a child node to a parent node, taking the references along. Drag and drop doesn't seem to function for me.
  6. Hi, I am a new to NVivo and have found my way around a little, but I am facing a problem which has had me stressed the the last 4 days. I run a matrix query with the nodes (strategies) that I am looking at as columns, and the Node Target Words words I am testing as rows, I also choose the source as the interview which I have done. The problem is that when I export the results to excel, one of the nodes (strategies), [Evaluating] which I have coded (65) becomes 61 times when I add all teh strategies used with the words. By looking closely at the codes node in Nvivo I found the
