Error when adding attributes/folders/cases - (com.qsrinternational.error.client.application error 105.)

I am getting error - (com.qsrinternational.error.client.application error 105.) when adding a folder files or creating a new attribute or case.

If I restart Nivo and try again it works fine but then I will get the same error again at another point.

Any ideas why this is happening or what I can do to investigate further?

Same here, I haven't heard back from Support on this and other matters by email. Also, very frustrating as I moved from NVivo 12 to R1, now I can't go back to NVivo 12 because the files are not compatible; very frustrating as I keep on getting errors like this one.

The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.qsrinternational.error.slayer error -98.) When trying to delete Classifications.
