I am trying to find all files without a code. Does anyone know how to use the query or other function for this purpose? I found this posting-

But my query function does not provide a function to select "Not Coded ar All Selected Codes or Cases> Coded-Ag."

Thank you!

Hello @aisabel,

If you are looking for files that has no code at all, then you would not need to run a query.

Go to your files (let's say you have 148 PDF files)

On list view click "Codes" column header to change order to ascending/descending. You will see files that indicates "0".

Thanks for your advice! I am looking for files that only have 1 code. I understand that I can look at the column header for files that indicate "1" under the "Codes" column. My problem with this is that this strategy lists all files with just 1 code. I would like to find a way to identify files that contain only 1 specific code and no other code.
