Viewing coding sections ( rather than whole transcript): Help

I am using Nvivo on a server, and I am not sure why, but when I try to view coded sections by double clinking on a node, Nvivo instead shows me the whole transcript with the coded sections highlighted. What I need is the more traditional results- the nodes/codes, and just the pertinent selected text. Can you help me figure out how to get this or rather what I need to fix in the configuration so that I can get this report?

Please note that when you click the file link in reference tab NVivo opens the file (i.e. you will see the whole content) with relevant sections highlighted.

If you would like to see only the coded segments of an audio/video transcript, all you need to do is to click the relevant tab after double-clicking a node.
