I'm rather intrigued by what SP2 you are referring to - NVivo 7 is up to SP4, and NVivo 8 has SP1 only? If you are talking about NVivo 7, then I'd recommend you go straight to the downloads page on the QSR web site and get SP4.

The enhancements and bug fixes in each SP are listed in the readme file that usually comes with them.

Sounds like you haven't got to read your QSR messages late last week.

 

NVivo 8 Service Pack 2 was released last Friday 29th August and introduces language support for our Chinese and Spanish users.
