updating issues

Hello

 

Everytime I have updated NVIVO for Mac I have encountered the issue on the attached screen shot.

 

Any ideas why this happens on every attempted update? It happens when I download the dmg file for the QSR website, as well as from my institution's site.

Hello,

 

It seems you are trying to download from your schools's website. You can try downloading from the original QSR website and contact with your school's IT department for the license.
