How to copy file when path is unknown

Recommended Posts

I have been working on a Nvivo file, which a colleague sent me and therefore it was downloaded and originally placed in outlook temporary files. However unfortunately, Nvivo did not shut down properly after I worked on it, and I cannot locate the file anywhere on my Mac or find it through path finder. I can still open the file in Nvivo when I choose "show all files" but it does not show up under "recent files".

How do I copy this file and save it properly on my mac?

Thank you.

Hi dittelinde,

The location of the project file is displayed under the project name on the NVivo for Mac home screen. If you are still unable to locate the file, please fill out a support form at: http://www.qsrinternational.com/nvivo/contact-us/customer-support and we will be able to assist you further.
