I mistakenly deleted some nodes that I had created in NVIVO. I saved the files after this so I could not undo the action. Is there a way to retrieve deleted nodes? Unfortunately at this time, I had not exported the references under these nodes so I do not have the exact references in the interviews that I had coded.

When I looked into the recovery folder, I found a recovery project file in the NVIVO project folder but it is in .nvb format and I could not open it in NVIVO. I have checked all the help and search functions in NVIVO and web but couldn't find a solution. I even tried using an older .html project recovery file that was sent by NVIVO support but I could not open that way either. I will be grateful for any help.
