Maccha 0 Posted October 4, 2020 Report Share Posted October 4, 2020 I have imported a large number of emails. Under the Case Classifications, there is Person sub classification. So far, so good. In the Person sub-classifcation, however, there are multiple entries for the same person (sometimes, up to 15 ‘persons’ who are the same). How do you merge the people?
