Hi Young Nam,

We are aware that some customers using the latest version of Macbook Pro or Macbook Air with an M1 chip are experiencing problems when using NVivo Mac with macOS Big Sur.

Please know that we are working hard to rectify this issue and will be releasing an NVivo update by the end of January 2021 (at the very latest) to rectify this issue.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. ^NB
