Error when converting project from Windows to MAC

Hi, 

I'm working on a project with a friend that has a NVivo license for Windows and I need to make some changes in the project (but I have a MAC license). We tried to export the project to NVivo MAC, but the system keeps showing an error message (see photo attached). 

Can someone help us? We tried everything and it doesn't work.
