Nvivo collaboration server - cannot add user

Strange issue: I  have one AD user, I cannot add to collaboration server. When trying to add the web-interface, it just states "Adding" and hangs forever. And it is just the one user. Every other user in the domain can be added without any issues. According to IT operations there is nothing that differentiates this user from others - same groups, same OU, no special characters in neither name nor account, not a long name. Is there a logfile or any place that I can see some sort of error message ?
