My NVivo app does not link to any account

Hi Tarek,

A license/purchase is linked to an account automatically when the purchase is made under that account. Alternatively, the purchaser can also transfer the license to your online account. 

If you are using an enterprise license provided by your university, you'll need to your university to transfer the license to your online account.

Note that NVivo 12 and older license cannot be linked to the online account.

Can you tell me how to have the University transfer the license to my online account?  I have two students who have access to our University's license and I have purchased the Collaboration Cloud add-on so that they can work with me remotely on the data we are analyzing.  They have downloaded the University's NVivo and have entered the correct license key, but their accounts are not being recognized.
